I did a bit of Googleing and came up with this thread

Best I could do is found that some guy in the states had fitted a very similar model to his Pantera, but the bracket was slightly different. I think (but could be horribly, horribly wrong) that they're an aftermarket type mirror made by an Italian company.

Lol that was actually me posting on there aswell asking if anyone knew. I actually have a vw caddy which is what I want to fit the wing mirrors onto. But after a large amount of google searching I came across an image of the same wing mirror and fiat was in its image name, so I figured I would come on here to see if anyone could help me further!
