So I was looking in my NV+, reached hidden menu (took like 15 attempts with that wonky buttons) and in service info menu there is greyed out "netherlands" (or something very similar) button and in service it say it's on, marked red. Is that bad? What does it do? I tried to look it up online but had no success.

If you activate the Nav block for Netherlands, you will not be able program or change a route while the car is moving. This was, and may still be, a legal requirement in the Netherlands.

So as it seems already activated, any way to disable it? Or it pretty much have no difference for me considering I don't have any map CDs? Just really trying to get s much as I can from that awesome car 
Assume you've tried going into the service menu again to re-activate it?
If that doesn't allow you to, then you would need to re-install the firmware. That would put everything back to factory settings.

Will have a check in morning, but if it change only when I can set route, I think I can live with that without risking to brick my screen. After all, it seems I'm not gonna use routes at all.
