Hi 
I've recently purchased a fiat doblo 120 mpv I've just had it serviced and now we have a noise on the osf of the engine,
so I look underneath to find a pulley wheel with no belt on it any ideas what it is for, car still starts & runs as does the heating 
we also had the nsf spring changed and now we have a metal on metal noise when hitting a pot hole or going over speed bumps, your input would be greatly appreciated
