Glad to know there's a international curriculum for FIAT dealers, the UK experience sounds almost exactly like the French one, they obviously all train together.
Big thing I hate though is that the dealerships are all FIAT, Alfa Romeo and Lancia, and the sales people get really sniffy if all you want is details of a Panda and most of the time know next to nothing.
