1.8 hlx P reg 50k on the clock. Immaculate condition and I mean immaculate.

Sounds fair

Considering the tyres are worth £600, the sterio £300 (second hand, its about £800 new) the engine mods again are gonna be £500 on the second hand market,so there you've got £1600 already.

50K is also low for a P, i've done 50 in my 97R. Mind you if your is 97p then i suppose its about right, if its an early 96 then on average it would be around 60k

If the car was standard id imagine it would go for £4000-4500, maybe £5000 if it is really imaculate like you say.
Good luck, it will be an enthusisast like yourself who will pay the moeny for a car like yours.
