Hi everybody!!!

I just came across a fiat examiner which I know has all the latest software and it had this model number on the front hewlett packard z5080-60004.
Does anyone know what this is? i.e a plus or II (done my research) or older.
P.s any idea what its worth? and where one could get a charger for it?

isn't the HP number just the version of the tablet?
