What do they mean? HLX? JTD? SX? S? ELX? HGT?

ok so we`ve all got cars that have,

S,
SX,
HLX,
ELX,
HGT,

apart from the fact that there different levels of trim do they actually stand for anything, for example, GT stands for Grand Tourer

FIAT BRAVO, why settle for anything less.

I was under the impression the GT on Bravos stood for Gran Turismo. Might be wrong tho

yeah i`ve heard that too so you might not be wrong there, it was a while ago that i had a chat with someone saying that it stood for either "Turismo" or "Tourer"

HLX = HiLux

GT = Gran Turismo (Insy was right)

HGT = Hilux Gran Turismo

SX, = Some Xtras
HLX, = Has Lots of Xtras
ELX, = Extra Lots of Extras
HGT, = Has Got the Lot

They may all mean the same to you but different manufacturers use GT in different context.

Fiat use Gran Turismo so can't be any of the others.

Do like the one from kevo though.

LOL KEVO, Class mate. kind of weird that is. i was driving home about 20minutes ago and actually thought to my self what does HLX stand for.... i came up with High luxury and got stuck..... For all you S's lol your just standard....
