What car to get?

Hi,

I have been driving now for bout 1 year and am looking around for cars. I have seen a 1.4 corsa but like fiat.

-it has to have 4 doors
-a 1.4 max engine (insurance but probs strech to 1.6)
-plently of mods avalible for that vehicle
-dont mind if it's old
-got to be reliable!
-and they got to be fairly 'cheap' (student! budget: £0-£1500 maybe £2000)

The first fiat i thought of was punto but not sure,
i am sure there are alot of people on here with knowlege of fiats so has anyone got any suggestion models?

If insurance is an issue why do you want to mod it? You'd be better off getting a bigger engined car to start with and leaving it standard tbh, would cost you less than modding a small engined car.

That aside; Punto, Uno, Tipo or older Bravo/Brava would probably fit the bill, or just get a Cinq/Sei Sporting instead of the 899cc you have just now - still just as cheap to insure with more potential for when the cost of insurance is less of an issue to allow mods. Get this and don't wreck it

I'm just thinking about avalible mods for the future as this car i get will have to last. That is a nice sei, but i'm afraid the car need to have back doors as i have got to get my grandparents into it atleast once a week!

Best fiat options wil be a punto or brava 1.2.
