firstly, if you are in need of inspiration go to the members motors section, hundreds of grande puntos all with different modifications you may or may not like.
and as for lowering a little like 30-40mm on this site people vouch that the eibach sportline spring kit is the best of the best.
and for an exhaust... you can get one custom made for your car by companies such as powerflow and exhaustsUK email them they will quote you a price depending on what you want and what car you have.
on the other hand you could just get a aftermarket backbox and tip. universal ones can be found all over the web but im sure there are some out there specifically for the punto will just take some digging around
