I found this cable near the Brake Servo:

Anybody knows what cable is this?

BTW, I've a 94' Punto MK1 Van (TD70)

They may use the same loom for different specs and models so you will have spare wires and connectors so don't worry too much about it.

Check if the reverse light switch is still plugged in.
Twinairturbo has got a point, though. It doesn't nescesarily have to be "in use".

You might check if there's something not working (lights, switches...)

It may be the diagnostic socket of the ECU. From memory the socket is located near the ECU which should be close to where your picture points to.

appears to have a cover to protect it just like the diagnostics port, which is a 3 pin plug.

If there is no other 3 pin plug loose with a cover then it is more than likely the diagnostic port.
