What are all the known issues for the 2010 Fiat 500 Lounge ?

I think i may have done all of them, have i left any out from my exhaustive list, that i still need to do ?

I have replaced all of the front, and rear suspension, including rear beam, and bushes, shocks, rear brakes and brake cables, front suspension, inc top mounts, wish bones, dog bone mount, track rod ends, drop links, rear wheel drums, hubs, wheel cylinders, shoes, springs, brake cables.

Heated mirrors, light bulbs, facia bulbs, boot lid locking mechanism, boot light bulb, wiring harness around boot lid, water hoses, battery, Air Bag Module, water hoses, door handles, Aerial.

Are there any other issues that i need to be aware of / look at / need to fix ?

Main earth strap, metal water pipe behind exhaust manifold, did you check to see if the pipe from the thermostat to the heater matrix is metal rather than plastic? if not change the thermostat for an aftermarket one with a metal outlet pipe! make sure the sump is not rusty/porous, are the duck bills clear off debris, is the support bracket for the front exhaust down pipe in good condition if rusted can leave the cat/manifold unsupported. is the rubber gearbox mount in good shape?.

Where about would i find the Main Erath strap ?, Where about is the Pipe from the Thermostat to the Heater Matrix ?, The sump seems ok, where about can i find the support bracket to the cat / manifold ?, rubber gearbox mount " dog bone mount" already replaced.

Ok
MAIN earth strap runs from the negative battery terminal, under the battery and tray !- the other end is secured to the gearbox by a bolt onto the clutch housing, to check it you have to disconnect the battery and remove it and the tray underneath it!. it often corrodes internally and rots out its a cheep fix and worth replacing for peace of mind!.

The main water pipe is metal it is located behind the radiator, behind the exhaust downpipe/catalytic converter and engine block -the left hand end of it pushes into the back of the water pump housing, it is known for rusting through leading to catastrophic sudden loss of coolant and possible heat damage to the cylinder head.

On the top of thermostat there is a rubber hose that runs to the heater matrix in the dash- board the thermostat end of this hose secures to the thermostat onto a push over stub/pipe and is secured with a jubilee clip! on an original thermostat this stub is made of plastic and over many heat cycles weakens and eventually breaks leading to massive coolant loss ! you can purchase aftermarket thermostats with a metal pipe to future-proof this part of the system.

Finally the support bracket for the exhaust is on the downpipe below the catalytic converter ,it clamps around the exhaust pipe and bolts to the gearbox housing. it holds the front section of the pipe steady and takes the weight of the catalytic converter, because of its position and being made from mild steel it rusts out!, if its weak or gone completely then the weight is born by the exhaust manifold to cylinder head bolts, which often then snap leading to an exhaust blow and costly repair to replace them.
