what an insult! you get intouch with this tosser of a company for an exhaust for your car and they think the 2.0 20valve is not a performance car. dont think they would know a fast car if you smacked them in the mouth with it. they are suppossed to make performance exhausts still they are not the only company to do this so they wont be getting my bussiness. the merea might be a 4 door saloon but there is not much what will catch them

like i said previously i have first hand experience of them, they were sound as houses with me, did my exhaust on sei exactly how i wanted it, got me fish n chips from chippie too :yum:

Possibly, all i know is it really doesnt seem like the kind of thing one of the guys who i'd met would have said to be honest they were all loving the sei and tales of how the 1.1 was flying around IoM TT course lol

i got a nice email back from them when i asked for a quote for a 1.2 punto, i was going to get it done tomorrow but i dont know have far it is from the hotel, so i was going to get it done in the new year instead.

maybe the guy that emailed you has just be given his notice

MJI were great with me. I still owe them a propper write up in the garages section which I said I'd do. Enough to say I received fantastic service by phone and email before getting there, warm welcome on a very cold day while there, and a fantastic job to boot. They do work on performance cars but had no problem with my tipo - which has a few less BHP than a 20v marea.

just been intouch with the MD of company and he could not do enough. mij exhausts with are based in Birmingham are no longer a dealer for this company as there work was not up to standard and ian williams md of longlife exhaustshas had three of us phone him with the same email. anyway some good came out of it as he gave me 10% off the price
