Technical Wet rear Seat.

Hey everyone,

Is a cinq S, with no sunroof.

The rear seat and pan is between wet and damp, and it doesn't seem to be coming from the outside. The reason being is that, is not wet enought to be coming from the outside.

When i press the rear washer button, there are near to no water coming out, but i can hear the pump. Could this be a burst pipe , that is leaking out when i press the button???????

how much did you press the rear washer? enough to make the seat as wet as it is?

quite a few times, but this could of built up through times, as i continuously press it to check if it is working

Could be washer fluid, could be water coming in the rear light clusters. Which side?

You haven't 'had' your girlfriend in the back of the car lately?

hahahahaha .. she's sitting here with me in the uni as well ...

I just recently change both of my rear light cluster, but everything seems tight tho.

Where is the pipes that go towards the rear washer??

Inside the nearside rear quarter, then under the sill cover on the same side. Thats where the pipe is, not where your girlfriend is.

This has just blown me away ......

Found a rust patch near the rear wheel arch ... size is about 1 inch long and 2 cm wide ....

Anyone know how much would that cost to fix ?????

Guess i should of taken more caution when i brought this cinq!!!

If you have just found it i would say its only surface rust and not too bad.

You may be lucky on this less than £100 just for your own materials if doing it yourself

is actually a hole ... so is pretty bad ..

What kind of material do i need ???????
