General Well it was good while it lasted.

I have just had what I thought was a puncture and had to fit the spare...I did say sorry to the spare tyre because it has been in the same place for 10 years and 2 months ! So this morning I took the old tyre to the depot and the man said that the damage to the tyre was caused by a pothole... it had also slightly damaged the inside edge , but he was able to help it back.. with the aid of a lump hammer.
The annoying thing is that I had seen the pothole and had managed to miss with the front but the back went into it. So instead of £11 to repair a puncture it was £ 54.06 for a new tyre. Now all I have to do is get the money to replace the other three...

do you know that if you report the pothole to the local road maintaince contractors and they dont do even a temp repair then there is a chance you can claim for damage done to your car
