Technical Weird noise when accelerating

Hi guys. My fiat punto evo 2010 sporting multi air has developed this weird noise when accelerating. It doesn't happen when parcked if i rev it. Only on the move, and only once per gear change. For example if i change into 2nd it will make the noise once just after I release the clutch and start accelerating. Any ideas what could cause this? I've put a link from yt with the video. Thanks for the vid. Maybe close the window so we don‘t get those wind noises. Maybe have a passenger film your legs or the gear lever so we can tell when the shifting actually occured. I don‘t know what noise you‘re referring to. Maybe someone else does. Good luck!

If i close the Window you can t hear it. In the video i drive only in 1st gear. The noise triggers every time i press the acceleration, soon after I press it, around 1k rpm. If i stay in one gear i can hear the noise every time I press the pedal ( if i release it and press again).
