See if it smells sweet and looks like engine coolant, especially if coolant level drops.
Air con water that usually drains outside/underneath the car is usually clear with no smell (unless dangerous bacteria from poorly serviced)
Does it happen after heavy rain etc?
I had a customer several years ago complaining about damp on passenger floor which smelt, there was no coolant loss or other external signs, one day she brought the car in and I had it up on the ramp for another issue, I happened to open the passenger door and saw her two Show dogs were using the floor as their toilet, after pointing this out to her there were no further complaints.;)

Had A/C line cleared, still wet. Removed cowling and cleaned cups, still wet. Cleared door channels, water goes out where its supposed. Found a company who exclusively finds leaks. When I find out, I will say so here.
