General Washers help pls

Can anyone tell me just where the thing is to activate the front and rear window washers pls. I have tried pulling back on the washer arm on the steering column but no joy there and I cant even find the one for the rear screen washer.

The rear one is activated by fully pressing, and holding down, the rear wiper button.

Front is by pulling the wiper operating arm towards you - mine only operates when the wipers are on continuous, but I suspect that's down to wear in the switchgear.

John, mine operates regardless of front the wiper speed.
