My 500 is less than two years old and still under Fiats 3 year warranty...my master and slave cylinder both went leaving me stranded and unable to get my car to garage..Fiat in Dundee where I bought my car arranged recovery...and then fixed car in 2 days... They said it was covered under my warranty but I would have to pay £60 for recovery....are they correct or should my warranty cover recovery?

Dundee are correct you pay, why shouldn't you?

Maybe cause i thought that a warranty meant I shouldn't pay when my car broke down? it was fiat's fault the car broke down...not mine...whats the point of giving a warranty if when car brakes down the owner still has to dish out money?

read terms of warranty...breakdown first 12 months.

My breakdown cover is £39/year, not much is it? infact you'd be £21 up already. Theres a reason why insurance sales 'people' ask if you want breakdown cover when purchasing car insurance.

Thanks.....I didn't know that...I do now...I'll pay but still not happy about it.
