Warning lights on dash ?

I was looking at the warning lights along the bottom of the dials tonight as I had my dash apart (as you do !) and between the handbrake light and the headlights light there seems to be one without a bulb in it that is just a red circle.
Anyone know what this is ?
Also, the lights that show a stop light not working and the one showing a door open don't have any bulbs in on my hlx. Is this because the sensors and circuitry isn't on the hlx or if I put bulbs in would they work ?

With regards to the door opening light... same on mine. It's there but never lights up (as I expect it lacks a bulb/circuit). Which is odd considering HLX is meant to be one of top end models.

I have both those lights on my ELX Marea Weekend and they both work. Very strange that you don't have them.

Might be a Marea thing then. Extra features on the bigger sister.

I expect dash the same to save on costs, just a case of removing some elements to suit the Bravo.

I wondered if it may have been a marea thing. I don't know whether there's a cicuit there but there's definitely no bulb in either of them.
If I'd had a couple of spare holders I'd have stuck one in each tonight to see what happened, hey ho.
Maybe next time eh !

@ Beeson, no I just have a single door light to say either a door or the boot is open. Nothing that fancy I'm afraid

The Brake Light Out indicator was functioning in the summer when I noticed it on the M25. Sure enough, one of the offside bulbs had blown.

Oh...mine does I have the ELX spec though but I'm not sure which is better as I dont have front fogs or remote locking! Bit weird cos I have air con and electic mirrors..and the cool diagram with the doors!

Well, driving to wor this morning and I discover that not only have I put my steering wheel back on wonky there's also a bulb behind the dials gone !
Seeing as it's all going to have to come apart again I might get hold of a couple of bulb holders and stick them in to see if the extra warnings light up !

Well make sure you let us know as i'm interested if the Bravo is capable of using these extra lights.

I know the HGT has the function of the blown rear bulb and doors open function. Well my mates HGT did anyway.

my HGT had the door light aswell, dont know about the bulb as i didnt have it long enough to break a bulb, but i would have thoughht it would tell me if i was to turn the ignition on now as the front end is mullered, no headlights

Mine too. Maybe the 2.0L is the difference or maybe it's because it's a saloon.
