Styling Wanted: Punto GT/ Sporting Door Cards

I want to fit electric windows in to my 60S, but this will leave holes in the door card... Are there any GT/ Sporting ones going spare anywhere? I also want the speaker pods for the doors, hence GT/ Sporting...

i have a pair of front door cards off a gt turbo in black.but there are no speaker pods they have been taken off..
