You might want to get the part number from Eper and the see what else it was fitted to

In the past I'd simply go to one of the many scrap yards in our area and take one off a scrap car. However they have all now closed down so I haven't got that option I've even tried searching for a new hose without success - but with part number might be lucky so good suggestion.

Is it the 'selespeed'-semiauto on a manual gearbox?

It's a Mobility system to adapt a manual car with hydraulic clutch operation. Basically an inline master cylinder (no reservoir) that fit between the cars master and slave cylinders that is controlled by a stand alone ECU. That means the original clutch pedal remains usable and doesn't move when the auto function is engaged.
These are the end fittings of the hose I need so custom braided hoses can be made by a specialist to connect to the inline master cylinder -
