Their customer service last night was the worst i have ever come across!
I got so mad at them interrupting me, not listenening to me, chaning the story, and not fixing the problem that i had to speak to a supervisor! The Supervisor was worse! After explaining the problem for the 7th time this month they have now deemed appropriate a £25 admin charge for resuming the service they took away from me without prior notice!
After explaining to them that the admin charge is unfair and damnright outrageous, they hung up on me after refusing to waive the charge! How f***ing stupid is this company?
I've written a letter of complaint to them and also have saught the advice from a family friend who is a Solicitor, as it stands, i am not liable for the remaining 12 month contract due to wanadoo's mal-practice so i am now signing up elsewhere.
I urge anyone that is looking for a new ISP to consider others before wanadoo. I am currently heading to Tesco Broadband as their package looks superb, only 10 days to wait for them to activate me
