Hower much I dislike MK2 onward Golf GTi's the new advert in my op is very good. Can you imagine Fiat doing the same???????

Guy starts in a 1.3 128 in cherry red. You see him come out the cafe only to see the suspension sag and the door fall off as he opens it!

First lap round see the 128 turn into an Argenta....and not make it as far as the corner. Next round on the back of a tow truck is Tipo (OK I skipped a bit!)

Belches of black smoke followed by the inevitable scrap wagon.

Now here comes the Bravo....the adverts looking good...then last circuit comes the Stilo...the woman at the dustcart pisses herself laughing and drops the can.

Blokey stops it in front of the 128 and says..

"bleeding hell mate...wanna swap?"

Can you see Fiat doing the advert??

Anyone have a 127 Palio for sale as I have always wanted one with a brown webasto sunroof (I am being serious!) or the blue one.

I like the VW advert too Nige. Your Fiat Advert would have to have a Strada and a Regata in there somewhere (the highlight of mid-late 80s Fiats!!) We put a 127 Palio through an auction a couple of months ago, some old lady brought it in - it had only done 30,000 miles from new!!!!

P.S. Drive a Golf GTTD150, not strictly a GTi cos it's a diesel but the in gear acceleration is amazing.
