Everyone knows that ordering a new car is a fun experience......
That is unless you order from Vospers in Exeter!

Honestly, I have never experience such poor service, disinterested salesman, incompetence and even hostility!

Just a quick list of problems:

Arrived for test drive to find car and salesman were absent, waited 1hr without apology and was given the impression that they were doing me a massive favour driving the car I was about to buy!

Ordered, or thought I had (Actual order was put through 3 weeks later). Was never run through available options. Xenons and Sat nav would have been added, but I didn't know about them!

Whenever I phone, it is next to impossible to talk to anyone! I have been hung upon, sworn at when he thought the phone was muted and ignored.

I cannot believe how poor they are, funny thing is I haven't complained, just sat and taken it so I get my car as soon as possible. However, ten weeks from my order date, and still have no expected arrival of the 500.

Just amazed....anyone had similar experiences.....salesman who is "dealing" with me, and I use the term very loosely, is Tyler.

You would have noticed that my name is the definition of contradiction of Vospers..... I also noticed your metaphorical trousers were ripped down and you were metaphorically 'b*ggered' by the biggest man in the Vospers prison. The hilarios thing is...., like you, I handed over my deposit and seemed to (without speaking), say "thank you very much sirs.....feel free to treat me with utter contempt over the next few weeks" which is the ONLY thing they seemed to do consistently. Have you ever spoken to someone on the phone and KNOWN that when you end the call they hang up turn to their colleagues and insult you until one of their 11 lunch breaks.......well that's exactly what they have done...you've proved that...

Well, I would have walked..................from THAT dealer!!!!
How can they deserve your custom?, or anyone els's custom?

A letter to FIAT UK should be the first thing I'd do.................and in the long term, that would do us ALL a favour!!!

BTW. I should add that all the dealings I've had with FIAT dealers, have all been positive when buying new or used vehicles.
Having said that, I ought to mention who these were.

I have used vospers at plymouth before carnt say they are any worse than other garages ....when I put vospers in my phone using predictive text it comes up as tossers though
