Vortex Supercharger

Vortex Supercharger

Let us go through the maths just for fun. A typical supercharger draws about 30% of the engine's power. Let's take my 55s as an example. That would be 16.5 BHP, or 12.3 kW. Now my car has a 65 amp alternator running at 14.4v giving a total power output of 0.936 kW. Where the bloody hell does this 'electric supercharger' find its extra 11.3 kW from?

About time trading standards got on these cases..deception if not outright fraud.

Its too small to do anything with a max power drain of 5 amps (according to the fitted fuse).

The plastic blades will break off and end up down the inlet manifold

Even if it did provide positive boost the standard car ECU can't handle positive manifold pressure..so all in all an excellent buy.

Another marine bilge pump scam.

Reported, unfortunately eBay only allow 100 characters for the report. Very difficult to show a mathematical derivation of why it would be electrically impossible for this device to work in 100 characters.
