i am hard of hearing and the blue and me volume is to low i have to keep turning it up on the stering wheel and dont always hear an in comming call is there any way the default volume can be tuned up

Hi Kev,
If you go through the radio settings you will come to an option called "External Volume",you can set this at whatever level you like (15-21 is typical so in your case try 25),what this does is increase/decrease the volume on your B&M system but not the normal radio/CD volume.
