I had a strange knocking noise on the highway when doing 110kph, eventually I figured it was the blind and not the sunroof itself, I opened and closed everything again and it seemed fine after that.
You may need give it a service, all the rubber linings with vaseline, make sure there is no dirt in the drainage channels and no dirt or gunge on the railings. It may be for that reason it is not closing properly.

i have this as well. vibrates at tickover although mine is further forward, 2nd or 3rd panel from rear
