Technical Very Quiet 'Phone Volume

Something very bizaar has occurred over the last week - the voice volume of the person on the 'other end of the 'phone' built into the Connect Nav+ has become only just audible.

I've obviously changed the units master volume level, searched around the manual and all of the menus on the CN+ (v9.7) but I can't find any way of altering this.

Am I being a dullard or has anybody experienced this or got any suggestions for a solution.

I had the oposite, very loud. I tried adjusting volume up/down (just like you do the stereo) whilst on a call and bingo!
