Technical Vehicle Speed cannot read

have a stilo jtd 115 and I have a problem.
When I connect multiecuscan in "motor management", the parameter vehicle speed does not read, the speed is always 0. happens that the cruise control does not work because it's as if the car was stopped. someone can help me figure out what is the problem?
Dashboar works perfect.
