Simple answer is YES, if shimmed they are specific!
Though looking at my manual it says 1.6 16 valve is hydraulic, so unless yours is different version???
Even if hydraulic it is good practice to keep them in their original positions.
Basically if shimmed the clearance needs to be measured and set within makers tolerances as it shows in my manual.
If some of yours are rattling then that also means some are to tight which will burn the valves out!!!
Check the engine serial numbers in my manual to yours.

If it is definitely hydraulic then if everything else is in good order and the correct engine oil etc. Then it may self adjust to a certain extent.
If it doesn't then that may indicate worn hydraulic cam followers

Hi can you please tell me what is the torque setting for the complete intake cambox onto head and exhaust cambox onto the head please thanks, the exhaust is at the rear and intake infront. I thank you

So what you saying is that if my 1.6 16v head is hydraulic and if I mixed up the shims, it should adjust it self in time and become softer on its own, if I understand that's what your saying. I I'm wrong please advise

All the torque settings I have are on the second page of the photo if you check.
If yours is hydraulic the idea of hydraulic is that it is self adjusting.
Hydraulic cam followers have oil ways in them and check valves etc. so the engine oil fills them and they self adjuster, if that is not what you disturbed but actually round shims of varying size then they will not self adjust.
Does your engine series number match the details in the photos?
