General vacumm hose port

[60s failure]

hi sorry for another thread but i cant find one that knows anthing about this.

anyway today had noticed (looking under the bonnet) on the right side of the carb there is a vacumm port but no hose. i had looked all over but there is no hose or coresponding port i find this stange because every other hose is hooked up
any info would be great thanks all

oh and also its an 88 mk1 60s uno (1116cc)

just to be a little more specific, the vacuum port also has a screw on the top and a mechanicla arm below that if pushed up then you put your thum over the end of the port the arm doesnt go down????????????

can you upload a picture to be more specific? is it on the carb or the distributor?
