1-wat fuel type does it require (can it run only on 92 unleaded)?
2-how long is its warranty?? (yrs/km)
3-how good is its service centre (prices, expertise, etc)?
4-does it has any worrying defaults?

and finally what about the grande punto (1.4 90 something bhp) is it gud cuz ive been seeing it alot lately

No.
Petrol engines: only refuel with unleaded petrol with octane rating (RON) not less than 95 conforming to the European
specification EN 228.

I think, that is market depend. In Croatia 2yrs

You should check yourself or ask someone from Egypt.
4-does it has any worrying defaults?
No

Factory warranty is 2 yrs standard, then specific dealer may give more.

Why do you want to buy a FIAT if you don't trust the brand? Buy a Golf - as boring and ugly as it is, it is more reliable, if reliability is your primary concern.

We are all biased around here (this is the Bravo forum, remember?:)), so better check some more independent sources and make e test drive.

yes it can and that's what the dealer said to me, however i recommend minimum 95

it's 3 years + open kilometers

it's average , i give it 6 out of 10.. it's called "omatra" at Gisr el Suez and they are working on another one.. very systemetic however very very slow

noo defaults till now (13,000 km) except the annoying sounds i hear inside the cabin + it's rigid suspension especially on our roads :D (17")

and finally what about the grande punto (1.4 90 something bhp) is it gud cuz ive been seeing it alot lately

grande punto (1,4 90 hp) ----> ordinary experience
Fiat bravo (1,4 t-jet 150) ----> extra-ordinary experience

THNX A LOT:)
Good Luck

How do you dare say this:eek:
Why not, you believe your car is the best in the class every possible way? Well it cannot be, even statistically, so live with it :)
I would never buy a FIAT if I had doubts or cared only about reliability. Since reliability seems his primary concern, it's obvious he needs to look at brands, which are admitted to be best at this.

to LYUBOHAR: if i was really only looking at the cars' reputation and reliability , i'd already bought a boring vw or a honda civic that makes me wanna :yuck:. the thing is i want a unique car and fiat's got that in abundance.im only worried that id get in sticky situations becuz i heard their service centre was poor.

@Sshuma: thnx u've really helped. i'd expect ur 17's to do that of course cuz of the roads so im only considering the one with 16"+tinted rear windows+chromed door handles+blue&me.its for 143k to be exact.
in other words would you RECOMMEND IT??wat colour is urs?

@get: i know that the recommended fuel type for more or less most petrol engines nowadays is 95,yet u'll never see some1 here in egypt driving even a mercedes give it more than 92 unleaded becuz there's a price gulf betn it and the 95RON

one more thing....does the usb port in the BLUE&ME thing support ipods cuz i know that not all usb ports can.

thnx everyone for the replies its only my first thread so any comments are appreciated:D

i do recommend it, however i must be honest i havent driven the dualogic (120 hp) yet, i've got the 150 hp sport edition manual it's in maranello red (nebeety). According to it's " money category " (143 k ) i think it's the fastest and the best looking car... so give it a go and sure you will like it

tyb you said that the service centre is slow but more importantly do they have the spare parts when needed?
and do u know where's the new one they're making?

the thing is the only thing that can stop from buying this car (isa) is a poor review froom an owner but so far so good

look as i said b4 the service centre is average, i havent been into spare parts issues yet el 7amdolelah as it's only 13,000 km.. the new one will be at " abou rawash" i believe. Just six months ago i was into the same ****, but i took the risk and i'm glad that i took it.. u wont regret

you should check yourself or ask someone from egypt....
if i remember rightly the thread title says "users from egypt plz help" lol so i would guess he IS asking someone from egypt

How many users from Egypt have Bravo?
