Technical USB slot won't open?

Hey guys,i have a bit of a weird question.

I have a Punto Evo(1.3 Mjet 2011),which apparently has a USB port(according to the seller and Carvertical).

It has the type that supposedly should pull out(i will attach a picture) but in my case it doesn't budge.I've tries leveraging it with knives,screwdrivers...nothing works.

Any help?

Might seem stupid but had someone glued it? They can break off and if not used someone might have just glued the cover on.

Just pop it out of the car and have a look at it.

You might find it’s been changed, they might have also glued it because it’s damaged and when selling the car they didn’t want you to A find the damage and B risk you plugging something in and finding it didn’t work or worse, damaged what you plugged in.

A Quick Look on eBay suggest a replacement is only about £20.

The main issue with these ports especially with the usb is they are prone to getting damaged from dirt and general car grime as well as thing like drinks spilled in them
