usb head unit

in an ebay sale, has anyone seen anything like it before? i love the idea of plugging in a pen drive instead of keep burning mp3 cd's.

its nice and cheap so its begging for me to waste my student loan on it, has anyone heard anything bad about them? im not expecting the greatest of sound quality etc, but those features for that price cant be too bad?

i know two people with that head unit and it is brilliant for the money i would recommend one to anyone its a nw tech just starting up along with this company hence the price grab one now cause the price will go up

wonder if there'd be any way to adapt the card reader to one of those multi card readers so it could take memstick and xd etc?
