General Urgent help!!

circled in red is suposed to be a fan maxi fuse but is it supose to make a noise on the passenger side like the fuel pump ?? but when i take it out u dont hear it, any1 know how to help fix this

does the noise happen when the fan kicks in or all the time? if all the time might be an earth fault, if only when the fan working, might be unbalanced fan?

sounds like arcing; unit is probably corroded due to water spillage when topping up washer fluid; risk of fire so probably best to replace whole thing; cover the new one with a plastic bag or liberal quantities of vaseline....

yeah, i think he means to replace the maxi fuse as water may have gotten into it and corroded it... i think that what he's saying..

is this when ignition is on or just all the time, i.e when not in car and everything is off?

sounds more like its an Auxiliary system fault than anything else... do you have a car alarm system? if yh then it might be a fuse on that, with the curcuit that stops alarm going off when fan kicks in..

nope no car alarm,
