Technical urgent help

changing fuel injectors.
petrol 1.6 16v multipla 2001

can any one give me advice on removing the fuel manifold from the intake manifold, ive removed the air conveyor/box and the two bolts holding the fuel manifold in, but i cant get the fuel injectors out of the intake manifold.

Help the cars in pieces and i need it for work tuesday.

Have you removed the 4 branch inlet manifold ACROSS the top of the spark plugs,do that first,then undo the bolts holding the injector rail,spray some wd40 around the injector bases and around the injector multi plug,then lift and slide the rail out,it should move with SLIGHT resistance[rubber seals holding it in place],if very tight check for more bolts not yet removed, make sure no dirt from around the injectors fall down the injector holes,and that should do it..............
