Does Anyone Know How To Jump Start A Fiat Punto Mkii, Its Been In My Drive For 3 Months And The Battery Has Gone Flat...

same way youjump start any car, or you could just charge the battery?
the safest way of jump starting is not to just connect the battery terminals. black to black red to red as when disconnecting there is a chance of a spark igniting hydrogen gas which the battery releases during charging. only a small chance but there is the risk...
put the boost car near the dead car.. but ensure that they are parked safely if on the road..
make sure all car lights are off or you can blow the bulbs...
connect the red lead to the positive terminal of both batteries.
next connect the black lead of the other lead to the negative post on the working car and clamp the other end to the engine block or earth post on the chassis (not the battery)
run the working car for 5 minutes connected
next bring the working car upto about 3k revs whilst you try to start your dead car.. if it just clicks leave them for another 5 minutes
once running leave both cars connected for another few minutes then disconnect the neutral clamp on the chassis first this way any sparks are away from the battery.. then disconnect the other clamps making sure the positive lead clamp DOESNT come in contact with the body work of the car as it will short out and damage the paint..
leave the working car running for a few minutes and run the dead car for a good while 30 mins/ 1 hour to allow the altinator to fully charge the battery

To jump start your car you should have a 'spiked' jump lead or preferably a jump start pack.
