Technical Upside down gearbox

Hi I am going to look at a doblo for sale cheap and was wondering if this can be rectified cheaply. The car drives fine but the gears are upside down so first issue where second is and second is where first is etc lol

If it works fine .... you would get used to unusual shift pattern quickly just by paying attention and driving it.

Is this a common thing then. Have they put a different gearbox in or just jumbled the selectors
