I have just fitted this wee beauty to my 150 mjet:

Bit of a pain thanks to the weird turbo to downpipe connecter and a very tight lambda prob on the standard pipe (had to put a 18" bar over my 12" wrench ). Other than that it was a straight fit and all back together in a few hours.
I only took the car around the block, but initial thoughts are not much difference in noise or smoke, but a definite improvement in spool up, response and boost
(Thats over and above already having the main cat replaced.)
