uploading profile pic

iv been here a few months now but only just got round to adding extra bits to my profile. im trying to upload a profile pic but having dificulties.when i click brows and select the pic all is fine. i click save changed and after a few seconds page loads and it shows the pic i selected. then if i click save pic again it says unpload faild. but if i dont it still dont desplay the pic i selected. i made the pic i want 250pixles in size.and its nowere near the max memory usage.but still no luck. any ideas?

to put a pic under my name like how you have the fiat badge. so it shows when i put a post up or reply etc.

oh its ok just me getting things mixed up. profile pic is done but thort that may be the pic under my name lol. just got a bit confused lol. i no what im doing now thanks

Is the picture too large? I size it up first then upload it to my gallery for use.
