Hi All , Wayne here from Cape Town, South Africa. I recently purchased a 2012 Ducato Multijet 120 drop side pick-up, (bad decision well lets hope not). As usual the previous owner / service garage has created a few problems with their shoddy workmanship. There was been some tampering with the turbo boost pressure sensor /solenoid tubing routing. Can anyone help with a diagram or description of the pipework routing between the turbo actuator and the pressure solenoid. Local dealership won't assist. Kind Regards Wayne

Hello Wayne,

Check the downloads section of the forum. Search with 'ducato x250', you'll find a translated aftermarket service manual, some official FIAT training documentation inluding I assume the most important: the eLearn ISO.

The eLearn module contains all technical information, so you should be able to find the needed information. But as far as I remember, it could be the EUR4 pre-lift models compatible only. Question is has FIAT changed the turbo piping with the facelifting. But could be.

I'm also affraid the models from RSA can have different specification that the European ones, which means your 2012 Ducato can still be compatible with the document! :)

There are two eLearn module downloads. One of them is a single file zip, another one is divided into 5 files. Both lead to the same iso file. You need to download the zip file(s), unzip (for example using WinRAR or 7zip), you will get an iso file. It's an image of the FIAT CD. You need to mount it in the virtual CD drive (I'm using UltraISO), then install it on your PC.

eLearn requires the CD to be inserted while in use, to you need to mount it to the virtual drive everytime prior starting the application.
