Uploading Picture On Profile

Hi ive tryed to up load my picture, to come on my profile as my main on, and ive donated but it says failed!!! Please help me sort this problem out cheers. xxxxxxx.

how do i make it smaller?

copy the picture into paint then open view, then strecth/skew. where it says 100 - drop the size down to 50 ect till you get it small, if you dont have photoshop

you probably saved it first time, tried to save it again but didnt select anything so it thought you were trying to upload a new photo, so said failed and defaulted to the original one. If that make sense
