i know i'm incredibly stupid but were are the spark plugs on my 147 hgt, acnd what do i need to change them. on my last car it was obvious and all i needed was a spark plug socket.

They are under the cover ontop of the engine

Yup theres a spark plug cover onto of the rocker cover on the 147.
Three bolts takes it off, think their torx head ones.

Yes indeedy they are under that cover. I am doing a spark plug service and remap on a 156 2.0 T spark this afternoon, they are the same size torx so I will let you know as I can never remember myself!

Who in Gods name designed an engine with double the amount of spark plugs....... turns a 15 minute job into a 30 minute one lol

Where did you get that cover from? It looks the dogs wot nots.

Those cheap and nasty original chrome cover were the standard Fiat ones. You had to send away to have the chrome ones put black to match the rest of the engine.

You were fortunate, the previous owner of your has already done it for you - cherish it.
