[f@#k up battery]

my battery looks awful !! It's only 6 months old but the -pole has gotten correded (covered in white dust) and the cabble going out also looks crap. What can i do to fix that? Will the all around solution of spraying with WD40 work? thanks in advance

Take the clamp off, clean the clamp and terminal post, then coat liberally with petroleum jelly i.e. Vaseline
