when i go round a corner pretty quickly the hand brake warning light (!) comes on and then goes of again. happens more on left corners than right ides? and no im not handbraking round corners he he!
I'n no expert but i would say your brake fluid is low, and when you go round corners and it sloshes about, it reads the level as too low and the warning light comes on.
is it the brake fluid warning light or the hand brake light? if it's the handbrake light i wouldn't have thought it would be due to low brake fluid as hand brakes are normally cable operated. The switch for the panel light is generally just below the handle, take the cover off and have a fiddle to see if it's a lose cable at that end.
It deffinitley your brake pads, this has happend to me twice now, check your passeger side pads, there is a sensor on it, this area wares down reall quick, so they need replacing asap, i left it for a bit an ended up with new disc.
that would figure cus i just had a new clutch fittedthe mech said he check my brake pads and they have about 3 weeks left in them. cheers guys guess i know what i'll be doing this bank holiday! not sure whether to do it myself or get a professional to do it what do u think. im certainly going to get some decent pads while im at it though!
