I have just sold my bravo for a 1.6 polo and I am well chuffed. It is slightly slower than my bravo (1.8 hlx) but not as noisy or unreliable as my bravo has been the last few months.

Polos dont suck I just think the offer different things to the bravo.. i.e they dont squeak as much!!

Its a 1996 N 1.6 GLX. I love it.

P.S - Did you get my mint gag (pretty good ehh???)

since you have the older shape too Polo's especially suck man, you cant compare the interior with that of the Bravo nor the ride quality or fun, or handlin

as i said b4 me bird has a 1.0 1998 and its very sucky....she knows she wants my bravo baby

Polo's are cool

I have driven a few polos and there pretty cool and yep , don't squeak , rattle or break like a FIAT.
The GTi version (new shape) is fantastic fun - loads
better handling etc. than the Bravo.

I guess the 1.6 maybe a bit spritely as its a big engine in a smalll car

I think the polo looks alright its compact and has some potential to look good. Bravos are slightly a matter of style over substance.
