Summer Italian car day at Stanford Hall, Leicestershire.
Sunday 12th June.

 Who is coming with their Uno? Please post and let us know :)

:spin:I was the only one representing FF at Brooklands. Was funny having the oldest and smallest engine in the convoy.

EDIT - Link updated.

 Oh if you are seriously interested in having your Uno on a show stand, see https://www.fiatforum.com/showthread.php?t=30568

Regards All,

Good Lad Dunk!

My Uno is not up to going on a stand. LOL have you sorted the bonnet?

I’m not 100% sure how you go about getting your car on the stand – Sammiboo is the organiser. you did visit the above link and vote – Ah I see your reading it now LOL.

hi, im in, if i have the rocker cover gasket sorted as im losing oil, any1 here know where i can buy a rocker gasket?

I live in London, and *might* be able to come. Sounds like fun too.

Thing is though, my Uno really is bog standard and doesn't look all that either, so is that a problem?

Turboned - you coming? :)

Just to clarify, :) the Want to show off your Uno? thread is for people wishing to show their Unos on the FF stand at Stanford Hall.

(y) This thread is for Uno owners wishing to meet up.

I’m standing by with my Unos if no one else is interested.

You could have a bog standard 45 / 1.0 IE and still make the stand – so don’t let that put you off. I'd say its more about the overall condition now - not necessarily how big the engine is or how many mods you’ve made.

I think it would be nice to have a MK1 and a MK2 I think. I’m not judging BTW ;)

I'd LIKE to go, depends on whether my band is doing any gigs that day. Won't know for sure for a couple of weeks.

Also, I have to finish working on my friends Honda Prelude before I get my Mk1 Uno back. My Uno is 75 miles away down in Gatwick, and I have the Prelude until I finish it! Then I can drive it back to it's owner and pick up my little Fiat.

By the way, this is a 1991 Prelude with 4 wheel steering (4WS), Anti lock brakes, 16 valve two litre engine, multi point injection. Bloody quick! Road tests report 0 - 60 mph in about 7.5 seconds. Lots quicker than my Uno, but my Uno is still fun even with only 45 bhp.

Strange world indeed!

Will be good if you can make it with the Uno!

Chas  the band have to cheat and use a backing track ;) LOL.

The Prelude should find its way home quick enough by the sound of its speck.

Sammiboo has been working hard to get this off the ground – Well done Sammi! (y) I’m sure it will be a grate day.
