Technical Uno turbo MAP sensor

Hello mates..
Does anyone knows if the uno turbo map sensor of magneti marelli can be changed by another one which allows more boost as the ECU is analog?
I know that the original just goes up to 1.0 bar but I want more boost and have prepared all the other stuff needed but dodn't want to go for a new engine & ignition mangement...
please help...

It wont make any difference but the standard map sensor does read to 1.5bar anwyay.

Yes it works, how well it is tuned is another story.
