General uno turbo fuel rail...

alright, i have a punto GT3 and i have managed to break the fuel rail while fitting it back on when changing the turbo. now i have been offered a replacement of a mk2 uno turbo 1400cc, now can anyone tell me if this will work?? one bloke i spoke to said it might anyone else help me?

Same engine mate so i shouldnt see why not

The injectors have the same fitment but you'll need to swap them over physically as the mk2's only flow 189cc/min and the punto are rated (but flow more) at 238cc/min. I wouldnt be surprised if it bolted straight on but you may find the connections for the fuel line are different or need lengthening.
