ovidiuaproporo, there is no book named 'uno turbo 1.3L'? or if there is, I don't know of it. Have you found the Haynes manual? It's good for most things, seems particularly good for electronic injection-system component tests. Best to get the one with red-covers - early orange-cover Haynes manuals don't include the Turbo.

Why don't you also try a FIAT specialist near you, because if you're friendly with them they might lend you their genuine FIAT workshop manual for the Uno/Uno Turbo. This comes in a large dark-blue binder which I should imagine doesn't get opened very often these days. Perhaps offer to pay them a 'bond' of a fairly generous sum, refundable when you return the manual
